Strips of EPS can be inserted under the front row of tiles.
This ensures a water tight finish since the old felt is often damaged when removing the timber fascia board.
Existing front row tiles are refitted.
If your bargeboard timber is in reasonable condition, savings can be made capping the existing timber.
With the rotten timber removed, the UPVC board can be fixed to the existing fascia saving unnecessary roof work
associated with replacement bargeboard.
